ACCESS4EU:NZ focuses on enhancing collaboration between European and New Zealand researchers. The project aims to facilitate access to European research opportunities for New Zealand researchers while fostering policy dialogue and networking through workshops and dissemination of information about funding schemes.
There has been a long history of cooperation between researchers from Europe and New Zealand (NZ).
In recent times there has been a renewed impetus for activities in supporting NZ researcher access to European research programmes.
ACCESS4EU:NZ aims to balance this relationship by increasing collaborations with European researchers in the NZ research and innovation system.
It will also inform EU-NZ policy dialogue in jointly defined areas of strategic EU-NZ research importance.
