This project aims to enhance patient safety by improving the reporting and management of adverse drug reactions. It seeks to build a network of stakeholders to share knowledge and implement evidence-based practices to reduce medication-related harm.
Medicines are one of the most common health interventions.
Expenditure on pharmaceuticals range from 10–20 % of all health expenditure in rich countries & from 20–60 % in poor countries.
