This project investigates how young people develop their attitudes towards different ethnic groups during adolescence. It examines the influence of school environments and various factors that promote positive inter-ethnic relations, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
As super-diversity becomes an integral part of the modern youth's everyday reality, it is of vital importance for them to learn how to embrace differences, appreciate and value ‘otherness’, and develop positive relations with people of diverse backgrounds.
