The ORU-BOAS project aims to develop a modular On-Orbit Reconfigurable Unit (ORU) for advanced assembly of space systems. It focuses on creating a flexible, plug-and-play platform compatible with various payloads and services, facilitating future in-space manufacturing and assembly missions.
ORU-BOAS (ORU based on Building Blocks for On Orbit Advanced Assembly of Space Systems) project will develop and demonstrate an ORU concept (TRL 6) based on the Building Blocks developing in previous SRC calls and PERASPERA/EOF objectives.
