OSAwards.eu establishes a recognition scheme for open source software and hardware in Europe, aiming to celebrate contributions and enhance community engagement. The initiative promotes skills development and aims for long-term sustainability in the open source ecosystem.
In its 30-month duration, OSAwards.eu will establish a European Public Recognition Scheme for Open Source (OS) Software (SW) and Hardware (HW).
This system for European Awards will foster interest in contributions, and promote greater integration, utilisation and exploitation of OS SW and HW assets in Europe.
