This project aims to enhance the structural analysis of integral membrane metalloproteins using advanced nuclear magnetic resonance techniques. It focuses on understanding the role of metal ions in biological processes and aims to improve resolution and sensitivity for complex systems.
Integral membrane metalloproteins are involved in the transport and homeostasis of metal ions, as well as in key redox reactions that have a tremendous impact on many fields within life sciences, environment, energy, and industry.
