The PANERIS project aims to enhance collaboration in neuroscience research by improving access to resources and aligning research strategies across Europe. It focuses on building skills, fostering knowledge exchange among researchers, and engaging with authorities to create synergies in funding and policy.
Current challenges in European Research and Innovation (R&I) infrastructure in neuroscience include barriers for collaboration, funding gaps, undeveloped skills, or lack of alignment in R&I policies. PANERIS consortium aims to be more effective together by i) ensuring access to a wider pool of European talent to neuroscience-related infrastructure and ii) contributing to the alignment of their R&I strategies, policies and funding programs at institutional, regional and national level.
