This project aims to advance the understanding of RNA dynamics by developing new NMR techniques for studying micro-RNAs. It focuses on characterizing RNA conformational changes to improve insights into gene regulation and drug discovery.
Over the last decades, new discoveries have revealed an ever-increasing diversity of RNA functions, profoundly modifying the conceptual framework of molecular biology.
