PASCAL2 focuses on advancing pattern analysis and computational learning to address challenges in adaptive systems technology. It aims to enhance the development of artificial cognitive systems and facilitate technology transfer to various applications through collaboration between academia and industry.
PASCAL2 builds on the FP6 PASCAL Network of Excellence that has created a distributed institute pioneering principled methods of pattern analysis, statistical modeling, and computational learning (see http://www.pascal-network.org/).
