The PASS project focuses on establishing a European Space Surveillance and Tracking capability to protect space infrastructures. It aims to enhance collaboration among key stakeholders and develop a pilot service provision function to improve security and operational efficiency in space monitoring.
The protection of European space infrastructures including the setting up of a Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) capability at European level, represents a new priority of the EU space policy.
