This project aims to enhance next generation sequencing (NGS) technology for pathogen typing and diagnostics, making it accessible for widespread use. It focuses on developing bioinformatics tools, optimizing sample preparation, and creating diagnostic kits for important pathogens.
Next generation sequencing (NGS) has fundamentally altered genomic research.
