This project coordinates stakeholder engagement to advance Personal Health Systems, which provide personalized health services. It seeks to bridge gaps between current policies and the potential of these systems to improve health outcomes across various patient groups.
This support action will coordinate strategic stakeholder engagements in the realm of Personal Health Systems (PHS) within and beyond European Union up to 2030.
