PhenolAcTwin aims to enhance research capabilities in dietary polyphenols and their health benefits by collaborating with leading European institutions. The project focuses on improving research profiles and fostering innovation in functional foods and nutraceuticals.
The main objective of the PhenolAcTwin project is to enhance the scientific and technological capacity of TUBITAK MRC Food Institute (FI) and to raise the research profile of the Institute and its staff in the field of dietary polyphenols and bioavailability/bioefficacy via networking with three leading European institutions such as CSIC, QIB, and INRAE.FI is a leading research center in the area of functional foods/nutraceuticals in Turkey.
