This project brings a researcher to Birmingham to explore the intersection of chemistry, nanoscience, and biology. The focus is on developing new therapeutic agents for cancer treatment, specifically using DNA-targeting compounds to enhance drug delivery.
This proposal will bring to Birmingham a highly promising early career researcher originally from India and now in Grenoble, to undertake an exciting project at the interface of chemistry, nanoscience and biology.
The fellowship will develop the fellow to a position where he will be ready to secure an academic position to launch his own independendent research career in Bioinorganic Chemistry, supported by and further developing the European links and collaborations he will have formed.
