PI3Ks controls important biological processes immunity controlling vesicular trafficking and cell signaling events triggered by pathogen recognition receptors (PRRs).
The engagement of PRRs leading to DC antigen processing and presentation (APP) is essential for the bridge between innate and adaptive immunity.
