This project organizes a conference to discuss factors affecting the attractiveness of research careers, particularly for young researchers. It aims to engage policymakers and stakeholders in addressing challenges and promoting best practices in research and innovation.
An EU presidency event will be organized with the objective to discuss the key factors impacting on the attractiveness of the researcher profession (with a special focus on young researchers) and how the measures proposed in the ERA framework can respond to these in the most effective way.
The conference will be held on November 14 (the second half of the day) and November 15 (the first half of the day) at the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences in Vilnius.Up to 200 participants are expected.
