PIXEurope aims to create a unique platform for developing and manufacturing Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs). It focuses on enhancing production processes, integrating advanced materials, and providing training to boost the PIC supply chain and industry capabilities across Europe.
PIXEurope will establish a globally unique Open Access Pilot Line, addressing key technological and production challenges associated with Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs). PIXEurope is a distributed Pilot Line, built on a collaboration between world-class research organisations using state-of-the-art equipment to develop breakthrough technologies and processes across the complete PIC supply chain.
