This project investigates the challenges faced by hunter-gatherers during the rapid warming at the end of the last Ice Age in Northwest Europe. It integrates palaeoclimatic data with archaeological findings from postglacial sites, particularly around Lake Flixton, to understand human adaptation to climate change.
