This research develops a strategy called 'Precision Lethality' to enhance drug treatment for neuroblastoma by using cell barcoding techniques. It aims to identify and target specific subclonal populations within tumors, thereby improving the effectiveness of drug combinations and addressing clonal heterogeneity.
