PreMeDosE develops a new assay to measure cytochrome P450 enzyme activity, enabling personalized drug dosing by assessing both genetic and external factors affecting drug elimination. This technology aims to reduce adverse drug reactions and improve patient outcomes in healthcare settings.
PreMeDosE aims to ascertain the technical and commercial viability of a novel cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzyme activity assay, to enable truly personalised drug dosing for the first time.
