This project develops a non-thermal Pressure Change Technology to extend the shelf life of wine without chemical preservatives. By using pressure and inert gas, it aims to inactivate microorganisms while preserving wine quality, targeting a significant market among European wine producers.
We are a partnership of EU SMEs that has identified a promising non-thermal process that can extend wine shelf life while avoiding the use of chemical preservatives and keeping high wine quality.
