The ProDIA project focuses on developing cost-effective production methods for nanoporous materials, specifically Metal-Organic Frameworks and aluminosilicates. It aims to establish production facilities in Europe to meet industrial needs in applications like gas storage and air purification.
The recent 20 years have seen the discovery of new classes of nanoporous materials (NPM).
It includes amorphous micro-mesoporous aluminosilicate type materials and more recently Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOF).
