This project proposes a new program to study exotic hypernuclei through specific particle reactions at the GSI facility in Germany. It aims to develop innovative measurement techniques to enhance understanding of hypernuclei properties, contributing to nuclear physics research.
A new hypernuclei program based on the exclusive measurement of (p, ΛK) reactions in inverse kinematics is proposed.
The program is to be held at the heavy-ion beam facility GSI, Germany. GSI is the only facility worldwide where this measurement can be performed.
