PROTEIN2FOOD focuses on enhancing the quality and quantity of plant-based proteins from selected crops and legumes. By employing a multi-disciplinary approach, the project aims to improve sustainability in production and processing, benefiting both human health and the environment.
PROTEIN2FOOD’s aim is to develop innovative, cost-effective and resource-efficient plant proteins –rich food sources with positive impact on human health, the environment and biodiversity.
