QuaLiFy aims to enhance dietary compliance among Europeans by providing personalized nutrition advice based on individual preferences and health assessments. It integrates various technologies and services to support dieticians in addressing the needs of obese children and individuals with type 2 diabetes.
Europeans have low compliance to dietary guidelines and recommendations, resulting in poor health and unhealthy ageing.
Public health campaigns hardly improve this compliance. A new paradigm emerges of personal dietary advice based on personal preference, health status and assessment, and motivational goals.
