The R2R-CIGS project focuses on developing flexible solar modules using Copper Indium Gallium Selenide technology. It aims to achieve high efficiency and low production costs through innovative manufacturing processes, targeting large-scale production to enhance the sustainability of solar energy.
CIGS solar module technology on rigid glass substrate is already mature and industrial companies are producing hundreds of MWp each year.
