Resistell is developing a rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing technology, RAPID-SEP-AST, which provides results in under two hours. This innovation aims to enable personalized antibiotic treatment for sepsis patients, improving outcomes and reducing hospital stays.
SEPSIS is a life-threatening reaction to infection with 48.9 million cases and 11 million deaths worldwide, 700.000 of those in the EU yearly.
