This project investigates how industries can improve their responsiveness to changing demand and supply conditions. It focuses on developing flexible production processes and dynamic store policies, particularly in the fashion retail sector.
I propose to study how to best use reactive operations in industries facing constant and unpredictable changes on demand and supply conditions.
