The REASSURE project addresses the challenges of implementing cryptography in embedded devices by improving security certification processes. It aims to enhance the reliability of evaluations against side-channel attacks and develop tools for better resistance assessment, particularly in the Internet of Things.
Implementing cryptography on embedded devices is an ongoing challenge: every year new implementation flaws are discovered and new attack paths are being used by real life adversaries.
