The REBECCA project aims to address the investment gap in building renovations by promoting circular economy models. It focuses on developing innovative strategies that enhance energy efficiency and reduce waste, ultimately making renovations financially viable and environmentally sustainable.
The actual investment gap in the renovation sector is due to the fact that high investments are required up-front, generally characterised by a high degree of risk and long payback times.
