The Researchers' Night in Norway aims to enhance public understanding of scientific research through engaging events across multiple locations. Activities include competitions, science centers, and hands-on experiments, showcasing the passion of researchers and their contributions to innovation and industry.
The Researchers' Night coincides from the very start with the Norwegian Science Week, “Forskningsdagene” (23th Sept– 2rd Oct 2011) of which it constitutes a particular momentum.
The Research Council of Norway has successfully organised the Norwegian RN-project for the last six years, with events provided locally by subcontractors from the “Forskningsdagene” network selected after competition.
