RESERVIST develops rapid-response manufacturing cells that can be activated within 48 hours during crises to produce essential medical products. These cells leverage a network of companies and a digital platform to adapt manufacturing processes for both emergencies and normal demand surges.
RESERVIST aims to establish ‘reservist cells’ that in times of crises can be activated within 48hrs to switch to manufacturing medical products and services that are spiking in demand.
