ResolveStroke aims to enhance stroke diagnosis using Ultrafast Ultrasound Localization Microscopy (uULM) to create detailed 3D maps of human brain blood vessels. This portable ultrasound technology seeks to provide rapid and accurate vascular imaging to improve patient outcomes in emergency settings.
Each year, stroke kills 6 million people worldwide and permanently disable another 5 million.
The prognosis is defined by the extent of the stroke, along with the rapidity by which it is identified and treated.
