The project introduces a fully electric impact hammer designed to replace hydraulic breakers in construction and mining. This innovation aims to reduce carbon emissions, enhance safety, and improve efficiency through digitalization and energy savings.
A fully electrical impact hammer (LEH) is proposed in this project in order to address the fundamental limitations from hydraulic breaker hammers (HBHs), as well as fostering opportunities in regard to electric transformation, digitalization (DigiLeka) and data based business in the construction and mining industries.
This novel patented technological innovation is based on the tubularic linear permanent magnet motor.
Compared to HBHs, LEH reduces CO2 emissions up to 100%, saves energy up to 60%…
