The RIFF project aims to enhance Ukraine's research infrastructure by creating a roadmap for recovery and improvement. It combines grassroots input with expert consultation to connect Ukrainian research with European systems, promoting knowledge exchange and training for local researchers.
Research and innovation (R&I) in Ukraine has seen challenging times since the break-up of the Soviet Union, most recently facing major damage to R&I infrastructure due to the Russian aggression.
