The RIPECROP project aims to enhance cancer immunotherapy by improving the function of type-1 dendritic cells that present tumor antigens. It will utilize engineered mRNA constructs to boost the numbers and performance of these cells in the tumor microenvironment.
Cancer immunotherapy achieves unprecedented efficacy against a number of malignant diseases.
