RISER aims to create a European cloud server infrastructure based on RISC-V architecture, enhancing open strategic autonomy. It will develop energy-efficient platforms for cloud services, integrating low-power components and providing open access to facilitate commercialization.
Building on top of outcomes from the EPI and EUPilot projects, RISER will develop the first all-European RISC-V cloud server infrastructure, significantly enhancing Europe's open strategic autonomy.
