RoboTwin aims to automate complex manual jobs in manufacturing, such as spray painting, by using motion tracking and imitation technology. It allows skilled workers to teach robots their techniques, enhancing efficiency and reducing unhealthy working conditions.
We are RoboTwin and our vision is to make automation of specialized jobs finally efficient with smart robot teaching.
It all started with finding out that even today, in the age of hi-tech industries, a huge number of jobs in manufacturing are done manually.
The reason for that is that these jobs are so complex and specialized, that conventional automation is impossible or extremely inefficient for them.
Spray painting is an example of such a complex job that is rarely automated.
