The SafePEM project aims to enhance power system control in electric aircraft to reduce fuel consumption and improve efficiency. It focuses on developing a flexible and reliable architecture for power control systems that can be adapted across various aircraft platforms.
The current proposal “SafePEM” follows the aerospace industrial trend to foster “More Electric Aircraft” in order to improve the control of energy and finally reducing the fuel consumption by reduction of weight and more effective use of resources.
