The SAFETY4RAILS project aims to enhance the safety of rail and metro systems against cyber and physical threats. It develops strategies for incident management and resilience, focusing on maintaining passenger safety during high-traffic situations.
Railways and Metros are safe, efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly mass carriers, and they are becoming even more important means of transportation given the need to address climate change.
