This project aims to enhance our understanding of early mammalian development by integrating spatial transcriptomics and in toto imaging techniques. By linking cellular dynamics with gene expression profiles, it seeks to reveal how cells behave and differentiate during critical developmental stages.
Mammalian early embryonic development requires exquisite spatiotemporal gene regulation at the level of individual cells.
