The SCEPTRE project focuses on understanding prostate cancer by generating novel single-cell and long-read datasets to explore the epigenetic landscape and its role in tumor heterogeneity. It aims to link DNA methylation patterns with cancer evolution.
Prostate cancer (PrCa) is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in men in the European Union (EU), and is a molecularly and clinically heterogeneous disease.
