This project develops a platform to analyze drug responses in cancer patients using advanced imaging and machine learning techniques. By studying small biopsies without prior cell culture, it aims to improve treatment personalization and understanding of individual responses to therapies.
The cellular and molecular systems that determine drug responses in cancer are complex, highly individual, and incompletely understood.
