SENSATE aims to create innovative solar energy harvesting devices using advanced thin film materials. By developing one-dimensional semiconductors with tailored optical properties, the project seeks to enhance the efficiency and versatility of photovoltaic applications.
SENSATE proposes ground breaking ideas and concepts combining very innovative low dimensional thin film materials and highly asymmetric selective contacts with dipoles, for the development of non-intrusive and universal solar energy harvester.
