This project explores novel electronic and magnetic phenomena at the interfaces of transition metal oxides, particularly LaAlO3/SrTiO3. It aims to develop advanced scanning technology to investigate these phenomena, which could lead to new insights in nanoelectronics and material science.
The emergence of novel states of matter in low-dimensional systems is one of the most intriguing current topics in condensed matter physics.
