The project aims to develop methods for inhibiting protein-protein interactions, which are crucial for understanding biological processes and drug discovery. It focuses on creating selective inhibitors for specific interactions related to cancer treatment.
Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) control all cellular processes relevant to health and disease, hence an outstanding challenge in chemical biology is to develop generic approaches for PPI inhibition.
