This project aims to develop multiscale simulation technology for studying DNA, addressing current limitations in accuracy and scale. It focuses on creating a comprehensive model that can analyze DNA from the atomic level to the human genome, enhancing our understanding of genetic structure and regulation.
The availability of new computers and software is making possible the theoretical representation of DNA, increasing then our knowledge on the behavior of one of the most relevant biological macromolecules.
