The skelGEN project aims to advance regenerative medicine for the human skeleton by fostering collaboration among leading research institutions. It focuses on stem cells, scaffolds, and computational modeling to develop innovative therapies for bones, cartilage, and ligaments.
Regenerative medicine (RM) is a critical need to establish in this century, in order to raise quality of life and reduce the cost of healthcare in our increasing aged populations.
