SLALOM addresses the complexities of cloud computing service level agreements by developing standardized terms and a management model. The project aims to facilitate cloud adoption and enhance collaboration between various stakeholders in the cloud ecosystem.
SLALOM is a support action tackling the complexity of cloud computing SLAs and contracts through standardisation of the SLA and contract terms and a reference model for SLA management.
