SMARTMAG aims to revolutionize the design of ferromagnetic cores in transformers and electrical machines by enabling them to actively control magnetic fields. This project focuses on enhancing performance and simplifying construction through innovative methods.
Ferromagnetic cores are used in transformers and electrical machines to allow producing a large magnetic flux with a small electric current.
